DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch and arrival of products.
- Manage a team of drivers and delivery assistants, including performance, discipline, and scheduling.
- Plan efficient delivery routes for multiple trips per day across various customer locations.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and cold chain providers for outsourced deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with sales, warehouse, and production teams to align distribution with customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip reports, and delivery tracking systems.
- Support 24-hour logistics coverage and rotating dispatch schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in transport, trucking management, logistics operations, specifically handling fleet based distribution and temperature-sensitive goods, proven experience coordinating 3PL and cold chain providers.
Specific Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field teams proficient in route planning, dispatch software, and reporting, willing to be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and support flexible working hours
