About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our resort's pool facilities, ensuring our guests have an exceptional and relaxing experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the pool area, including testing and adjusting chemical levels as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling pool equipment, such as umbrellas, chairs, and towels
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for our guests
  • Conduct regular checks and report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisors

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a similar customer service role
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate the resort's operational needs, including weekends and holidays
