Job Description

As a Junior Paraplanner, you'll help deliver top-tier financial planning strategies by preparing SOAs, implementing investments and risk insurances, assisting with tax planning, and supporting cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail and planning expertise will directly empower global client outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner
• Proficiency with:
• XPM (Wealth CRM)
• FYI Docs (workflow management)
• Iress Risk Researcher
• Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel)
• Ignition
• iFactFind (client data collection tool)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented work ethic

Your Daily Tasks

• Review Fact Find documents to assess client financial data
• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) covering SMSFs, investments, and insurance
• Implement financial strategies:
• Set up accounts with AUSIEX and Macquarie Bank
• Manage off-platform share registries and extract BGL360 reports
• Handle insurance quotes, submissions, underwriting, and post-sale servicing
• Prepare client review documents quarterly
• Assist with year-end tax planning strategies
• Support the team with Client Services Officer (CSO) duties when needed
