Provide hands-on support to the production line by maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment. Drive improvements in productivity, delivery, and quality through the design and fabrication.Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent achievement of KPIs.

Responsibility:

  • Support daily production activities through equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and poke-yoke mechanisms to enhance process efficiency
  • Implement and monitor containment, corrective, and preventive actions to minimize rework and scrap
  • Ensure compliance with updated manufacturing standards and specifications
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all operations
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet performance targets and resolve process issues
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D, FMEA) to identify root causes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanics Technology, or related fields
  • Knowledgeable in electronic component operation and application
  • Capable of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical/electronic systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be assigned to the Cavite site.
