Job Objective
Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential processing and release of medical examination results for corporate clients, supporting data integrity and excellent client service within the Industrial Medicine framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Result Processing
  • Receive, validate, and upload medical exam results to EMR or client systems.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy before timely release based on agreed turnaround time (TAT).
Quality and Compliance
  • Ensure results meet company, DOH, and client standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and report any data discrepancies or irregularities.
Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinate with doctors, labs, and client service teams for result validation.
  • Update clients and internal teams on result status or special instructions.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Keep organized records of transmitted results and pending reports.
  • Generate summary data and assist in audits and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or related health field.
  • At least 1–2 years' experience in a medical, diagnostic, or occupational health setting (industrial experience preferred).
  • Proficient in EMR systems and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DOH, ISO, and Data Privacy standards; willing to work flexible hours.
