Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handles both Mamas and Papas and Wonderhome stores in Opus Mall

  • Makes sure that monthly sales targets are achieved

  • Makes sure sales reports are submitted on time based on agreed schedule.

  • Manages the in-store team and maintains good working relationship with them

  • Makes sure excellent customer service is always attained.

  • Manages discipline of everyone

  • Scheduling:

o Sets weekly schedule and reports to HR/Head office

o Rotates everyone's schedule equally

  • Maintains good working relationship with the sales demo assigned to stores.

  • Makes sure everyone is knowledgeable about the product

  • Makes sure promotions are clear and the entire team is properly informed.

  • Proper stock management:

o Timely replenishment of stocks

o Makes sure there are no discrepancies on the inventory

o Makes sure all items are in their excellent condition, including the items on display

  • Maintains store cleanliness at all times, including both Front of House and Back of House

  • Visual Merchandising

– Makes sure store follows the VM guideline set by the head office.

Location: Opus Mall, Bridgetown, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
