Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The role also involves handling all documentation related to store operations and assisting in the processing of required permits and documents for establishing and maintaining the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Process and organize all necessary documents related to store establishment, including business permits, licenses, and other government requirements.
  • Handle store documentation such as sales reports, purchase orders, inventory records, and employee schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and government agencies during store setup and operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and timely submission of reports.
  • Supervise and support store staff in achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the store.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in store supervision, retail operations, or business documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in processing permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
