We are looking for an experienced, fresh and innovative creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral. As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of a global team of recruitment marketing & employer brand professionals.

You will be responsible for the development of creative assets for multi-channel campaigns across 3 different countries for 100 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Employer Brand Identity. Your work will have an immediate impact on how candidates perceive Asurion as an employer, and your concepts will travel around the world

About the role:

  • Creates high-end collateral for brand campaigns, taking direction from the Senior members of the team
  • Creates collateral that translates to different audiences across the globe (primarily USA, Philippines & Colombia)
  • Adheres to the brand, however, shows the ability to elevate the design further by using elements based on appropriate project/campaign requirements
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
  • Correctly judge priorities across several pieces of business and varied levels of activity
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with others. Establish and maintain collaborative inter-group relationships
  • Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Required skill(s): Adobe Creative Suite (advanced), Canva, and Figma
  • Creative flair in design and a good sense of art
  • Strong design sense of color, layout, and typography
  • Strong creative skills and ability to design ideas for a wide range of audiences
  • Creative conceptualization ability as well as technical execution capability
  • Ability to translate complex data or information into easy-to-digest designs, layouts, and infographics
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organization & communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and can gracefully handle pressure
  • Willing to learn other multimedia software apart from Adobe creative tools to deliver other multimedia related work.
