Job Summary:

The Collector/Driver is responsible for performing collection duties while also fulfilling driving responsibilities for the company. This role involves traveling to various client locations, primarily within Metro Manila and other nearby cities, to collect payments and deliver official documents. The employee will mainly use a motorcycle for collection tasks but must also be capable of driving a 4-wheel company vehicle when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily collections of payments, invoices, or official receipts from clients in assigned areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of collected amounts and proper turnover to the Finance Department.
  • Drive a company motorcycle to reach clients efficiently, especially in congested or high-traffic areas.
  • Drive a 4-wheel company vehicle as needed for other company errands or deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients during collection visits.
  • Safeguard all cash, checks, or documents collected during trips.
  • Monitor and report any issues encountered during collections or on the road.
  • Comply with all traffic rules and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • With valid driver's license (Restriction codes for motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle)
  • Familiar with Metro Manila roads and surrounding cities
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
