Duties and Responsibilities:
Entertain phone calls, walk in/online inquiries and attends to visitors for enrollment.
Processes the enrollment of students.
Assists in generation of student database and manages the branch CRM.
Assists in the maintenance of the branch social media accounts and ensuring digital presence.
Administrative
Mans the efficient operation of office and acts as the focal person of the campus.
Ensures that the property and facilities of the school are properly protected and maintained.
Manages and ensures the timely processing of payments for lease, utilities, janitorial and security.
Transacts with regulators and government agencies including processing of business permits in close coordination with HO.
Handles billings with PEAC/DepED and manages students' scholarships/subsidies concerns.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization including assisting in the promotion of student activities.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, email correspondence, etc.
Registrar
Coordinates with ACR the requests for credentials and issues them to students.
Responsible for the collection and safekeeping of student records.
Serves a representative of campus to CHED/DepEd/TESDA on matters related to student credentials
Submits reports such as enrollment, terminal and requests for SO/CAV to regulators
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably with supervisory experience specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- With above average communication skills.
- Willing to handle administrative task.
- Can start immediate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
