DESIGN ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conceptual to construction drawings for projects.
  • Develop design solutions and ensure consistency from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Attend meetings and site visits.
  • Handle high-end residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in design and construction.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/VRay, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong design and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ayala Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • architecture: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PRC ARCHITECT (Preferred)
