About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our growing GOLDTOWN INDUSTRIAL SALES CORP. team in our Cauayan, Isabela City location. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression within our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including scheduling staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall performance of the store
• Effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of retail associates, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, making data-driven decisions to improve store operations and profitability
• Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your own skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
• Proficient in data analysis and using relevant tools to measure and track store performance
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a positive shopping experience
• Familiarity with retail industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
