The CFO will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the hospital. This executive role requires overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and compliance within a healthcare setting to ensure the hospital's financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and goals.
• Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, billing, and collections.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve financial performance.
• Lead capital planning and manage relationships with lenders, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and insights to support operational decisions.
• Ensure effective risk management and internal controls are in place.
• Guide investment strategies for hospital assets and capital projects.
• Supervise the finance team, fostering professional development and accountability.
• Stay current on healthcare finance trends, reimbursement policies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in finance leadership, preferably within hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory environment, and hospital financial operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in healthcare financial systems and data analytics tools.
