Step into a key leadership role where you'll oversee daily plant engineering operations and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical utility systems. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys driving standards, solving technical challenges, and leading a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily plant engineering activities, including refrigeration, compressed air, electrical power, steam, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of PM tasks and continuously improve PM work orders and schedules.
  • Supervise and evaluate Engineering Technicians' daily monitoring activities.
  • Support troubleshooting, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives for plant equipment.
  • Ensure availability of critical components to support smooth plant operations.
  • Maintain full compliance with internal and external audit requirements (structural, wastewater, fire protection, EHS, etc.).
  • Lead pre-bid and bid evaluations, coordinate with suppliers/contractors, and audit third-party project activities.
  • Oversee spare parts purchasing and inventory control.
  • Plan and schedule work order activities for the engineering team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (licensed engineer preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air systems, and rotating equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Strong communication skills, leadership capability, and high stress tolerance.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Danao, Cebu.
