We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle software development and will work collaboratively with a diverse group of developers. This role requires direct communication with clients to report progress and impediments, as well as the ability to proactively offer solutions and recommendations particularly on a legacy system.

We'd Love to See Candidates Who:

  • Have experience working in Scrum teams
  • Communicate effectively across chat, email, video, and face-to-face setups
  • Are comfortable reporting progress and suggesting solutions directly to clients
  • Are proactive, collaborative, and love continuous learning

Bonus Points if You're Familiar With:

  • REST APIs (Response structures, Post vs. Put)
  • DevOps practices (especially Azure DevOps)
  • SQL performance tuning (Clustered vs. Non-clustered indexes, Triggers)
  • Object-Oriented Programming principles

Hybrid setup: Onsite at UP Techno Hub Quezon City twice a week

Mid-shift schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time; follows US holidays
