Job Summary:

Responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and implement best practices. Supports efficient production systems from commissioning through the entire product lifecycle while ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for cost reduction, waste minimization, and improved efficiency.
  • Monitor process performance and ensure manufacturing systems operate reliably and consistently.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in manufacturing equipment and production lines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support process optimization from commissioning through full production lifecycle.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools and manufacturing analysis methods.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including dashboards, formulas, and data analysis for performance monitoring.
  • Ability to interpret process data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in manufacturing, process, or maintenance engineering.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and equipment performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
