About the role

As a Machine Operator at PAPERLAND, INCORPORATED', you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations of our company. This full-time position is based in Balong Bato, Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of various production machines to ensure the timely completion of orders.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to transform raw materials into finished products
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to maintain optimal performance
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to minimise waste and ensure product consistency
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain detailed production logs and documentation as required
  • Assist with the training and supervision of junior operators, as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues and supervisors
