About the Role

We are building our Level 2 Inbound Sales Team and are hiring 50 experienced sales professionals to join our opening team. This role is dedicated to US-based clients, focusing on inbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, and live transfers. If you have strong selling skills and thrive in a high-performance environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls and convert inquiries into paying clients.
  • Manage telemarketing, appointment setting, and live transfer processes.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work within the US time zone (East to West coverage, depending on account needs).

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
  • Strong telephone and selling skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and highly motivated.
  • Flexibility to work US business hours.
