GrowAxis is expanding our global team, and we're looking for a
Customer Service Advisor – Korean Speaker
to deliver exceptional support to our customers. This is a fully remote role offering
€8/hour
, where you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in
Korean
and
English
. - Assist with account issues, product questions, and order support.
- Use CRM/helpdesk tools to manage and resolve tickets.
- Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic customer interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or fluent
Korean
speaker with strong
English
communication skills. - Minimum
2 years'
experience in customer service. - Experience with CRM/helpdesk platforms (Zoho, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
