Role: Accounts Payable Officer
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Tarlac/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Officer role provides support to the Accounts Payable team by providing day-to-day Accounts Payable and related administrative services to our supplier group and internal team members. The role is responsible for processing invoices, processing expense claims, responding to email and phone queries via our JIRA ticketing system, and other such tasks as required.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices for payment
- Reconciliation of supplier's invoices and statements
- Responsible for following up on pricing discrepancies
- Resolve day-to-day issues relating to accounts
- Code/check GL account coding of invoices
- Handling telephone enquiries from creditors
- Provide various reports for month/year end to other finance team members
- Liaise with external creditors
- Ad-hoc projects and any other responsibilities assigned by the manager or team leader
- Handling of ticketing system queries (external and internal)
- The role involves processing approximately 2,300 invoices across AP offices and will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager. Additional tasks may include mid-month payroll preparation.
Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):
Technical Skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Qualifications
- Prior AP experience or a Graduate Accountant ready to kickstart their career
- SAP Concur experience is highly preferable. Candidates with advanced MYOB, or a combination of both SAP Concur and advanced MYOB, would be a strong advantage. Most of the work will be cloud-based.

- Concur experience (preferred)
