Job Title: Multimedia Artist

Role Overview

The Multimedia Artist will be responsible for turning ideas and briefs into thumb-stopping visuals for Aqua+. This includes designing static posts and carousels, editing short-form videos for Reels/TikTok, and shooting simple product and lifestyle content.

You'll work closely with the Social Media Manager to bring the brand's look and feel to life across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Branding

  • Create social media assets: static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and basic infographics.
  • Develop and maintain design templates to ensure a cohesive visual identity for Aqua+.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently (colors, fonts, logo use, layout style).

2. Video Production & Editing

  • Shoot basic photo and video content (product close-ups, before/after shots, simple demos, behind-the-scenes).
  • Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts:
  • Cutting and sequencing clips
  • Adding text overlays, transitions, stickers, SFX, and basic motion graphics
  • Optimize edits for mobile viewing (vertical format, safe text areas, fast pacing).

3. Content Execution

  • Translate briefs and shot lists from the Social Media Manager into actual content.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on time, on brief, and platform-optimized.
  • Provide multiple variations when needed (e.g., different hooks, cuts, or thumbnails).

4. Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library (raw files, edited files, templates, fonts, music, etc.).
  • Name and store files in a clear, repeatable system for easy reuse and repurposing.

5. Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to refine pegs and concepts.
  • Stay updated on design trends and editing styles popular on TikTok/Reels.
  • Suggest creative ideas for improving the visual storytelling of Aqua+.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Multimedia Artist / Graphic Designer / Video Editor, ideally with social media work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Social media graphics (IG/FB posts, carousels)
  • Short-form video edits (Reels/TikTok)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools (CapCut, Final Cut, etc. for video).
  • Good eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
  • Comfortable shooting content using phone or camera (basic framing, lighting, angles).
  • Detail-oriented but able to work quickly and iteratively.
  • Bonus:
  • Experience with motion graphics for social media
  • Experience working with product or lifestyle brands

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
