Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates or with at least 1-2 years as Maintenance analyst,
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Well-versed in Excel- i.e Pivot Table, Vlookup, Xlookup, SumIf).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site and flexible doing fieldwork.

Job Description:

  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor (MS) in the yearly planning to include scheduling of Preventive Maintenance (PM) works, budget preparation, execution of equipment and spare parts audit, cost-benefit analysis and other preparatory works (Dashboard, KPIs, etc.).
  • Attend the bi-weekly maintenance huddle to provide updates and inputs with regards to maintenance execution.
  • Daily update the maintenance team Dashboard, making sure the data input is correct, complete and updated.
  • Assign the weekly PM itinerary for the In-House Maintenance (IHM) team
  • Daily retrieve from Salesforce the reported Breakdown Maintenance (BM) cases and upload information to Maintenance Dashboard.
  • Assign the weekly BM itinerary for the IHM team.
  • Advise MS for "urgent" BM works for proper escalation and immediate action.
  • Manage PM and BM works scheduling including catch up plan in case of schedule changes due to "urgent" works and other reasons.
  • Monitor the issuance of "spare" parts and tools to IHM team and provide weekly report consumption and use.
  • Monitor IHM team equipment mobilization and maintenance schedule, making sure the equipment is well maintained and maximized.
  • Escalate maintenance concern to Maintenance Lead for proper action
  • Review attendance, OT, reimbursement and materials request of the IHM team prior to endorsement to MS for approval.
  • Handle the IHM team petty cash for proper disbursement, documentation and reimbursements.
  • Receive "service reports" of IHM team for endorsement to Retail team for case close out in Salesforce.
  • Recording (electronic and had copy) of service reports and maintenance works of each asset for proper storage of historical data and future reference.
  • Process IHM team purchase request for materials, tools, equipment maintenance and billings.
  • Perform other task related to Maintenance Analyst responsibilities as instructed by direct supervisor.
