The Service Coordinator in the appliance industry is to manage and streamline service operations, ensuring that customer requests for appliance repairs, maintenance, and installations are handled efficiently. They act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery, coordinate schedules, track service progress, and handle customer inquiries.
The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing smooth, organized, and effective service solutions.
Daily
- Answer customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Assign service calls to technicians thru Team Lead
- Track service progress and ensure timely completion.
- Keep records of service requests and feedback.
Weekly
- Coordinate technician schedules and ensure they have necessary tools.
- Monitor service efficiency and adjust workloads.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Resolve any service delays or issues.
Monthly
- Evaluate service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Update service records and reports.
Quarterly
- Review and improve service processes.
- Assess technician performance and service quality.
Annual
- Prepare an annual service report.
- Suggest Plan for service growth and improvements.
Qualifications
- College graduate in Business, Marketing, or related courses
- 1–3 years in a coordination, dispatch, or back-office service role
- Organized, responsive, and service-driven
- Familiar with Cebu-based service operations or logistics
