Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

In this role, you'll ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of innovative applications that support complex, global legal operations. As a QA Specialist, you'll design and execute thorough test plans, identify and document issues, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure defects are resolved quickly and effectively. Your work will cover a variety of testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance, across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, BA, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Develop manual test cases based on defined acceptance criteria and business requirements
• Execute testing according to the finalized test plan/test cases
• Perform functional testing, UI/UX validation, cross-browser and responsive design checks
• Validate data integrity and ensure correct behaviour of forms, workflows and user interactions
• Conduct regression testing after deployments to ensure no existing functionality is broken
• Document test results and provide clear and concise defect logs in Azure DevOps
• Monitor and track defects up to closure, and provides status and any testing-related issues to the project team
• Support Load testing and coordinates Performance/Perception Testing (when project requires)
• Supports testing and quality activities within Agile delivery
• Assist in UAT preparation and execution with stakeholders
• Execute static and/or dynamic code scanning activities (when project requires)
• Provide feedback and recommendations (resolution and preventive action) to the Development Team on defects detected in the testing
• Provide post-deployment testing coordination and support
• Provide recommendations for improving QA standards and processes
• Identify and analyses suitable opportunities for test automation

Technical skills, qualifications and experience

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing web applications, manually and automated, Skilled in executing both functional and regression testing
• Working knowledge of general scripting
• Ability to identify edge cases and think critically about potential user scenarios.
• Experience in logging defects with clear steps to reproduce
• Ability to write clear, structured and comprehensive test cases
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) .
• Experience with any of the following QA Automated Tools is a plus: TOSCA, Veracode, Neoload

• Knowledge of basic SQL for data validation is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium or others)
