IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc.
We are structured in the country as an umbrella company of a number of brands or business units such as UM (media agency), Initiative (media agency), Magna, Orion, MediaBrands Content Studio (MBCS). We also have our affiliates, Kinesso (data analytics) and Matterkind (programmatic/addressable media), that incorporated its own company back in 2021 to form
Kinesso Philippines, Inc.

We have since then integrated 3 of these brands: Kinesso,
Matterkind, and Reprise, to form a whole new unified banner, retaining the Kinesso name.

We are looking for a
FINANCE INTERN
who can render practicum in our Billing & Treasury team:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Student in any finance-related course such as
    Financial Management
    or
    Accounting;
    currently
    enrolled in a School/University
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferably those required to do at least 200 practicum hours and can start immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Interns will be
assisting the day-to-day clerical operation of the Treasury and Billing team,
including but not limited to:

  • Preparation of BIR 2307
  • Listing of purchases to be submitted to BIR
  • Verifying compliance of vendors with local tax authority in their official receipts
  • Provide support to FAEs (Finance Account Executives) on various functions
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Resume
  • Endorsement Letter from school addressed to Alvin Miranda, HR Director
  • Copy of Student ID
  • Evaluation Form from school once Internship is completed
  • Amenable to working onsite at Two NEO, BGC, Taguig City.
