JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assign, schedule and supervise the work activities of helpers, janitors, messengers, electricians, mechanics, handymen, cooks and security guards. Undertake proper maintenance and prompt repair of company equipment and properties (aircon, telephone system, generator set, etc.) Canvass and procure office supplies and services from suppliers Undertake registration, insurance, maintenance and repair of company motor vehicles Manage petty cash and process authorized reimbursements Coordinate with security agencies to ensure the safety and security of company premises Other duties assigned by the Administrative Manager from time to time.
