JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced NET Core Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As NET Core Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative, scalable, and high-performance backend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Agile Development:

Adopt Agile development principles to deliver high-quality, robust, and high-performance code that aligns with professional and industry standards. Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure that the codebase remains clean, well-documented, and conducive to effective collaboration with other developers.

Programming Skills:

Leverage in-depth expertise in C# and .NET Core to design and implement efficient, reliable, and scalable backend solutions.

Domain Knowledge:

Demonstrate strong proficiency in key technical domains including Model-View-Controller (MVC), Entity Framework (EF), SQL, LINQ, RESTful services, Identity Server, Event Sourcing using Kafka, and MongoDB.

Software Design and Engineering:

Apply solid software engineering principles and best practices to develop maintainable and scalable software solutions. Maintain a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns, ensuring adherence to established industry standards.

Tool Proficiency:

Exhibit familiarity and competence in working with a diverse set of tools and technologies, including but not limited to IIS, Windows Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Elasticsearch, and Bitbucket.

Agile Methodology:

Operate effectively within an Agile/SCRUM environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute meaningfully to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other project management activities.

Performance Optimization:

Possess a solid understanding of website performance optimization techniques and apply them to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.

Code Quality:

Consistently produce clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that meets production standards. Ensure thorough testing and minimize defects through adherence to quality assurance practices.

Payment Gateways and Financial Domain Expertise:

Demonstrate sound knowledge of payment gateway integration and financial systems, including a clear understanding of associated security protocols and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in C# and .NET Core development
• Proficient in MVC, EF, SQL, LINQ, REST, Identity Server, Kafka, and MongoDB
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with IIS, Windows Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Elasticsearch, and Bitbucket
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Knowledge of website performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Understanding of payment gateways and the financial domain
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills in English
