Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a professional store environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, goal-driven, and uphold high standards of appearance and conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent service at all times.
  • Understand and recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Restock and maintain the visual appeal of merchandise displays.
  • Assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Handle customer concerns courteously and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance required.
  • Visible tattoos are not allowed while on duty.

Work Environment:

  • Retail store setting with standing and occasional lifting.
