Qualifications

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • With strong experience in solar energy projects (design & site implementation)
  • Experienced in technical and site works, including on-ground project execution
  • Knowledgeable in applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations
  • Proficient in electrical design and calculation software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills; able to lead and guide a site team
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving technical issues
  • Willing to be deployed or assigned to various project sites nationwide when required

Responsibilities

  • Interpret, understand, and implement designs from technical drawings and plans
  • Prepare comprehensive electrical plans, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and technical specifications for solar projects
  • Conduct project cost estimates, bill of materials, and resource planning
  • Supervise site implementation, ensuring compliance with design, safety standards, and project timelines
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate a team during project deployment
  • Perform site inspections before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Test electrical components and systems to identify issues; troubleshoot and recommend effective solutions
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports or documentation
  • Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, industry standards, and company protocols
  • Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
