Structure:

• Orientation: Immerse yourself in Hitachi's culture, fintech solutions, and tech stack (e.g., Java, Python, cloud platforms).
• Technical Training: Master software development, payment systems, and agile methodologies under the guidance of our Enablers (expert mentors).
• Rotations: Gain experience across roles in software engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, and Project Management.
• Projects: Develop features, enhance payment gateways, or strengthen security protocols with real-world impact.
• Career Transition: Graduate into a permanent role, such as Junior Software Engineer, Associate Product Analyst or Associate Project Manager.
• Mentorship: Partner with Enablers to sharpen your technical skills and chart your career path.

• Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
