Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Release Management.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance.
  • Make key decisions for the team and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic deployment decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions, pilot programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive deployment strategies, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain deployment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on deployment activities and expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Release Management.
  • Expert proficiency in Release Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Banking and API Testing.
  • Experience with Plutora or similar release management tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve deployment goals.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret deployment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Undergraduate/Combo Fit not accepted).
  • Amenable to Hybrid work setup, with 2x/week onsite at Mandaluyong CG1, 9th Floor Secured Bay.
  • Work schedule: Morning shift, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PHST.
