Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Php
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: To be determined
  • Schedule: Finalized schedule will operate within Eastern Time (ET) business hours
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish a minimum of 3 high-quality Reels/posts per week (aligned with State Farm brand guidelines; training provided)
  • Collaborate on a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution
  • Monitor comments and direct messages, engaging with the audience to build community and answer general inquiries (non-sales/policy-specific)
  • Create content that resonates with the Seattle community, focusing on local events, weather, and community involvement

Requirements

  • Proven social media expertise with a strong portfolio of engaging video (Reels/TikToks) and static content (applicants must submit portfolios)
  • Creative mindset with awareness of new trends, sounds, and formats for professional brands
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the Seattle area is a bonus
