QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate (BS in Accountancy or any related course).
  • Experience in using SAP Business One (Sales Module).
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in the accounting field.
  • Good communication both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and recording financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in internal audits by gathering and verifying necessary documents.
  • Reconcile accounts, verify invoices, and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
  • Monitor inventory-related transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct periodic checks on financial and operational processes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and audit records.
  • Coordinate with other departments for required documents and clarifications.
  • Perform other accounting or audit-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
