Are you detail-oriented, passionate about real estate, and eager to join a team that values relationships and collaboration? We are looking for a highly skilled Mortgage Processor & Administrative Specialist to efficiently manage mortgage processing and support our operations with essential administrative and bookkeeping tasks. You will be working 40-50 hours/week during US business hours and receive weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate closely with underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan applications.

- Perform bookkeeping duties, maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in mortgage processing within the real estate sector

- With experience in bookkeeping

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
