Claims Assistant

City of Imus Doctors Hospital is looking for a Claims Assistant (HMO) to join our institution.

As a Claims Assistant (HMO), you are expected to handle accounts receivables and claims processing in the HMO section.

Qualifications:

• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY
• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
• With at least six (6) months experience in HMO processing (hospital / clinical), especially in processing HMO claims and accounts receivables is preferred, but not required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Bizbox System is an advantage.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a strong ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in claims records.
• With prior experience in customer service is a plus.
