Scope of Responsibilities:

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall supervision and management of the branch. He/She spearheads the branch's marketing efforts and sees to it that the branch delivers efficient and effective customer service. He/She ensures that the branch achieves its profitability targets, operational goals, internal control, and strict adherence to required standard of the bank's policies and procedures. He/She also sees to it that the branch is risk free and AMLA compliant and ensures the general upkeep of the branch. He/She signs memoranda and correspondences and approves transactions in accordance with the limits defined under the Manual on Signing Authority (MSA).

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business related course
  • With at least 3 years of experience as a branch head/branch manager.
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations.
