Job Summary
As a Trading Services Associate I in Trading Services, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily trade activities. You help us optimize trading operations by leveraging your market knowledge and automation skills. We work together to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional service to our clients. You have the opportunity to present insights to senior management and guide team members in their work. Your contributions help us achieve our goals and strengthen our trading platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and verify daily trades to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with traders and team members to resolve trade discrepancies
  • Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive and implement process improvements across trading operations
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends and trading regulations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and handle ad-hoc projects
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in trading or financial services with a strong foundation in industry practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
