Opportunity OverviewA Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software, hardware, or systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing the assembly and sub-assembly of electro-mechanical parts, test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrades, and repairs. Collaborating with other engineers and divisions for process and quality improvements.
Using digital and analog electronic test equipment and systems for failure analysis and debugging. Supporting new product transfer startup/set-up and improving failure analysis processes. Participating in asset utilization and quality improvement initiatives.
Working closely with electro-mechanical assemblers and test technicians on assembly quality and FCT.Providing remote support to other OPS sites/regions. All About YouWe seek individuals passionate and determined to contribute to customer success.
Candidates should meet the following minimum criteria:Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. High analytical skills with a sense of urgency. Ability to lead or interface with cross-functional teams.
Strong troubleshooting skills in software and hardware (e.g., C++, Visual Basic). Flexible, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and internet-based programs; able to interpret data.
