Job Description:

  • Prepare correspondences, scheduling meetings, handling information requests and other similar functions for the Management
  • Renewal of company accreditations, membership, and insurance etc.
  • Purchasing of Admin supplies and coordinating with the suppliers
  • Gathering documentary requirements for client or government compliance purposes
  • Providing general and clerical support to any department as needed
  • Enrolling & monitoring company cellphone plans and providing support if needed
  • Prepare monthly and year end reports of summary and key performance metrics, as agreed with immediate supervisor
  • Any other related and reasonable duties which may be required by your immediate supervisor
