About the role

Maximilian Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Cauayan City, Isabela. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that support the brand and marketing initiatives of our hospitality business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing design concepts and visual assets for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and digital content

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and translating these into compelling visual solutions

  • Ensuring design consistency and quality across all Maximilian Hotels and Resorts, Inc. touchpoints

  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually improve the visual impact of our brand

  • Providing support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with designing for both print and digital media
