Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a skilled Graphic Print Designer with a strong focus on packaging design. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating a variety of packaging formats and producing print-ready materials that meet brand guidelines and production standards. This role is key to delivering visually compelling and technically sound packaging for both retail and wholesale markets, while also contributing to other print marketing assets.

Job Responsibilities

· Design and develop product packaging across various formats, including color boxes, header cards, blister cards, hang tags, and window boxes

· Create structured and print-ready files with accurate die lines, bleeds, trim marks, resolution, and color profiles

· Apply strong English language skills in all packaging content, including instructions and product information

· Design and develop supporting print marketing collateral such as brochures, campaigns, catalogues, signage, and pre-production materials

· Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual creativity and production accuracy

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality output, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet project objectives

· Stay current on print materials, techniques, and industry trends to optimize design output

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and report progress to the Design Manager

· Revise and refine designs based on feedback, production changes, and campaign developments

· Use assigned work platforms to manage tasks, organize files, and maintain structured design documentation
