Job description:

Design and Conceptualization

· Develop original designs, graphics and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.

· Translate ideas into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the intended message.

Collaboration and Communication

· Work closely with marketing, product, sales team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

· Coordinate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing to ensure cohesive and consistent visual output.

Brand Consistency

· Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all media.

· Regularly update and manage the company visual assets, including logos, icons and templates.

Production and Technical Skills

· Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all files are print-ready and optimized for web use.

· Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality designs.

· Apply knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography and layout to create visually appealing content.
