The TOWNSHIP OFFICER serves as the supervisor in charge of estate services and several individual properties under land banking. The role is responsible for ensuring:
(1) The day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate
(2) Planning, implementation, and monitoring of estate-sponsored activities and events, as well as the approval and oversight of activities conducted by locators or external parties
(3) Supervision of, and/or coordination with, the security group to ensure the safety and security of the estate
(4) Supervision of, and/or coordination with, the development control team for all construction-related activities within the estate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Urban/Environmental Planning
- Licensure in either of Engineering, Architecture, or Urban/Environmental Planning
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate operations preferably in property management or facilities management
- Strong coordination skills with customers and external stakeholders
- Strong technical proficiency paired with exceptional customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
