Position: Truck Scale Attendant – Feedmill Plant

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Truck Scale Attendant to manage the weighing of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products at the Feedmill Plant. The role is vital in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all scale transactions, supporting smooth plant operations and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology or any related field
• Experience in weighing operations, logistics, or warehousing is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented, with strong numerical and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and Word) required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced plant environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the truck scale system to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Record, verify, and encode all weight transactions in the system and logbooks
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies in handling raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for scheduling and verification of loads
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the scale house and equipment
• Report discrepancies, irregularities, or equipment issues to the immediate supervisor
• Safeguard accuracy and integrity of all scale records for audit and reporting purposes
