Job Summary:
The Delivery / Helper / Collector is responsible in loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customers or designated locations at the same time if t This role ensures that deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining excellent customer service and handling products with care. Physical stamina and teamwork are crucial in this position.
The Field Collector is responsible for visiting customers or clients in assigned areas to collect overdue payments, retrieve documents, or settle accounts in person. The Field Collector ensures timely recovery of receivables while maintaining a professional image of the company.
Key Responsibilities of a Helper
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, merchandise, or materials.
- Ensure accurate delivery of items based on invoices or delivery notes.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery.
- Provide assistance in navigating and directing the driver when necessary.
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously upon delivery.
- Obtain customer signatures and complete necessary paperwork or proof of delivery.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety procedures during lifting, loading, and transportation.
- Assist in returning undelivered items or damaged goods to the warehouse.
- Support the team in warehouse tasks if needed, such as sorting or packing.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or damages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to the daily schedule and complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning equipment, checking tools).
- Assist in sorting materials when needed.
Key Responsibilities of a collector
- Visit clients/customers to collect overdue payments, signed documents, or other required items.
- Deliver reminders, demand letters, receipts, or notices in person.
- Update records after each visit using mobile apps or reporting tools.
- Report non-compliance, customer refusals, or disputes to the supervisor for further action.
- Ensure safety and professionalism during all field interactions.
- Verify customer contact details and address accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
- Coordinate with the office or call center to receive updated account assignments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in finance or customer service is a plus.
- Physical fitness; ability to lift heavy items (up to [X] kg/lbs).
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and under varying weather conditions.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or overtime when necessary.
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
- Prior experience in field collections, credit, or customer service is preferred.

- Must be trustworthy, persistent, and well-organized.
- Ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Motorcycle or valid driver's license (depending on location/requirement).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role (delivery, logistics, etc.).
- Knowledge of safety and manual handling procedures.
- Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors or on the road.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
