About the Role

You'll start with a structured training program to learn the company's products, processes, and tools. Once onboarded, you'll collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and developers to build and maintain modern SaaS web applications. The role involves development, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive technical onboarding/training program
  • Develop and maintain web-based SaaS products using modern technologies and Microsoft stack
  • Support or lead product deployments, including installation, automation, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot, test, debug, and document applications
  • Work within Agile/Scrum processes
  • Research and experiment with new technologies and tools
  • Contribute innovative ideas through internal innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with high-performing, cross-functional technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ year experience in software development or configuration
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C++, or C#
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, and APIs
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience using development tools and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
  • Willingness to work night shift

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Selenium (e.g., screen scraping projects)
  • Experience using Postman or other API testing tools
  • Knowledge of IIS, SQL stored procedures, and JSON schemas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
