About the role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in our Taguig City, Metro Manila location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through a hybrid work setup that combines in-office and remote work. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and addressing their needs with empathy and efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the healthcare industry and enjoy a competitive salary package of up to 33,000 Philippine Pesos.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with healthcare-related terminology and regulations
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid setup, with the ability to work both in the office and remotely
