Key Responsibilities

  • Support Buyers with administrative and day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery
  • Prepare purchase orders and update product data
  • Track sales, stock levels, and product performance
  • Assist with product selection, samples, and range planning
  • Maintain accurate pricing, SKU setup, and reports
  • Help with market research and promotional planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in buying/merchandising or retail is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good communication and supplier-coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and basic office tools
