We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping service businesses (law firms, doctors, contractors, etc.) grow their online presence. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Social Media Manager who knows how to do more than just post content you must know how to grow accounts, increase engagement, and drive leads/conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit).
  • Create conversion-focused content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, carousels).
  • Build and execute content calendars with consistent posting schedules.
  • Drive audience growth by engaging followers, leveraging groups/communities, and increasing organic reach.
  • Track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
  • Use Hootsuite, automation tools, AI, and bots to streamline posting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to craft campaigns designed specifically for service-based businesses (NOT ecommerce or product-based).

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling social media accounts for U.S. service businesses.
  • A strong portfolio or case studies with metrics showing account growth, engagement increases, and/or lead generation results.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts strategically—not just post low-quality content.
  • Skilled with Hootsuite, automation tools, AI, and engagement bots.
  • Strong creative skills: ability to design graphics, carousels, reels, TikToks, and short-form video.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.

What We're NOT Looking For

  • Beginners or those "learning on the job."
  • Applicants with experience only in ecommerce or product-based accounts.
  • Candidates who cannot provide proof of measurable results.

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection and back-up.
  • Ability to work some U.S. hours as needed.
  • Must provide case studies, metrics, or portfolio examples demonstrating past success.
