Job description
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, particularly in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical.
- Preferably any course in Instrumentation or IT.
- Has a good understanding of industrial automation, manufacturing controls, electronics and electrical.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and with keen attention to detail.
- Must be customer-centric.
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducts diagnosis and troubleshooting activities via phone, email or chat.
- Serves as the company liaison to the customer for Mitsubishi FA products inquiries.
- Creates and updates technical notes and other documents to reflect commonly experienced problems and installation practices.
- Optimizes work activities and revenue generation while providing field service support for customers.
